Veterans New Hires Program (v.n.h)

Program Overview and Objectives 

Veterans New Hires Program (Security and Protection Program) is one of Rock Academy’s programs held for 90 days. Aim to qualify participants and provide them with the required knowledge and skills to succeed in security industry, and become a member of Rock, where veterans from different uniforms come together under one initiative. 

Veterans New Hires Program

Program Phases 

 

  • Preparation (Fundamental Knowledge)

Building technical knowledge and soft skillsets, along with applied learning exercises

  • Shadowing

Shadowing- observing and practicing on the job with close supervision, to enhance technical skillsets and build foundational work routines.

  • Pairing

Pairing- Actual assignment where trainees become responsible and gain real work experience with oversight of qualified supervisors.

Assessment and Evaluation Criteria 

During the 90 days of training, participants are continually observed and evaluated in terms of performance, attitude, and achievements.
Trainers provide observations on trainees on weekly basis. Trainees are communicated to discuss their performance.

Graduating veterans will be offered as either: 
      •The Academy will always ensure the continues development of its trainees. Graduates
are always mentored, guided and in continuous supervision for refreshment if
needed. 
Candidates for advanced leadership roles, may be enrolled in further programming for continues training and development. 

CCTV Operator Program

Program Overview and Objectives 

  • The objective of the CCTV Operator training program is to develop resources capable to handle CCTV duties as a member of Command & Control (C2) Room On various sites.

INSPECTION SYSTEMS OPERATORS PROGRAM 

Program Overview and Objectives 

The objective of the Inspection Systems Operators program is to develop the resources capable to handle Inspection Systems duties to enable them to perform these duties in a proficient way.

Program Overview and Objectives 

To provide detailed information on the GPS signal, its processing by the receiver, and the techniques by which GPS obtains position, velocity and time.

  • Technicians who seeks conceptual explanations of GPS technology, operation, capabilities, applications.
  • Beginners in navigation, positioning, and related fields who are concerned with the capabilities, operation and principles of GPS systems.

Program Overview and Objectives 

to provide the participants with skillset needed to achieve better work outcomes successfully by communicating professionally with clients, visitors and colleagues, pass orders, follow work protocols correctly, react and respond to various situations

  • personnel who are in direct contact with others (clients, customers, stakeholders, etc…), such as: security guards, information officers and receptionists.

to develop capable resources to carry a Handgun license to effectively mitigate and prevent risks at the site

to provide the guards with the necessary expertise and skills to defend themselves and those in their area of responsibility

SITE COMMAND Training Program

Program Overview and Objectives 

Site manager, Deputy and Supervisors are responsible to manage onsite the transaction with the client, the manpower when on assignment and interactions with the Local Uniforms

üProviding physical security for any site needs
üDevelop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures.
üIncreased efficiency of controlling budgets for security operations and monitoring expenses.
üAbility to create reports for management on security status.
